Array of bytes that holds the data to be compressed.
dataIndex
Index into data where the data starts.
Does buffer-to-buffer JPEG or LEAD CMP compression.

You must call StartCompress before using this method, and you must call StopCompress to end the compression process. For a description of how these methods work together, refer to StartCompress.
